Unfortunately the job market for us new grads isn’t very good anymore. As we heard from Pam Redmond of Piedmont Hospital last week,we need to prepare and do our homework before we even start looking for a job.
An article posted today on The Nerdy Nurse suggests three things:
- Get a portfolio (Something besides a folder that makes you look professional in an interview)
- Anticipate the unexpected
- Already have a job in healthcare or medical field…any job!
